If you see a transaction on your Tred card that you don't recognise, you must freeze your card in the app and let us know as soon as possible by getting in touch with us at support@tred.earth.
If you later realise that it was a purchase you made, you can unfreeze the card in the app.
You can freeze and unfreeze your card by going to 'My Card' and clicking the 'Freeze' button ❄
